Extended Day Care

Extended Day Care (EDC) will be available on the school campus during the 2025-2026 school year. The application form can be found below.

• Program Cost - $230.00 per month (there is no prorated schedule except for August)
• Tuition charge for second child - $200.00 per month, third child – $175.00 per month
• $30.00 non-refundable supply fee per student
• Extended Day begins Monday, August 18, 2025, and ends the final full day of school. Please note there are no provisions for children before or after these times.
• Extended Day goes until 6:00 p.m. A fee of $1.00 per minute will be assessed after 6:05 p.m.
• All children in the program must be enrolled students in DCA
• Parents must provide a one-week notice if their child is withdrawing from the program
• Any participation of any calendar day during a month requires full monthly payment
• All months will be charged at the same rate, regardless of the number of days within the school calendar (with the exception of August)
• Tuition is to be paid on the first school day of each month
• A late fee of $20.00 is assessed if payments are not made by the 10th calendar day of each month
• If payment is not made by in the 20th calendar day, the child may be dropped from the program
• Tuition is to be paid through your child’s Skyward account on RevTrak
• Tuition & Fees are non-refundable. There is no prorated fee schedule for missed school days, or other circumstances related to attendance.
• Extended Day Program is not available on Early Release Days or Student Holidays
